I had a relaxing stay in a long time. The hotel had reasonably good breakfasts with fruit, eggs and bacon. The service was perfect, just like I expected.

The staff were incompetent, didn't expect that coming.

The location of Hotel Victoria was perfect for exploring the city and it was very close to the main train station. The reception staff were extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and attractions to visit. The hotel was kept very clean and well-maintained.

It was situated in the heart of the city, close to the main train station and within walking distance of the old city, museums, and the downtown business district. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and accessing transportation. Additionally, there was a wide selection of restaurants and bars just around the corner on Kaiserstrasse, offering plenty of dining options.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the occasional slow wifi and lack of room service, overall I found my stay at this hotel to be a great value. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good hotel in a convenient central location in Frankfurt.
